Web. Text. UX. App.

This page informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “data”) within this website. Regarding the terms used — e.g. “personal data” or their “processing” — I refer to the definitions in Art. 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Datenschutz
Privacy

I take the protection of your personal data seriously and handle your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

You can usually use my website without providing personal data. As far as on my sides personal data (such as name, address or e‑mail addresses) are collected, this is as far as possible on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.

Data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication per e‑mail) can open security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to me. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version.
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Timestamp (date and time of the request)
  • IP address

This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. A combination of this data with other data sources is not made. I reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if I become aware of concrete indications of illegal use. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website — for this purpose, the server log files must be collected.

SSL encryption

This website uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to me. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to me cannot be read by third parties.

Objection advertising mails

I hereby object to the use of contact data published within the framework of the imprint obligation for the transmission of advertising and information material not expressly requested. I expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited promotional information, such as spam e‑mails.
